2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. No withdrawal is permitted before receiving this bonus — the bonus amount requires 25x wagering to be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering target is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

tk1971 apps regularly runs various promotions for members, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, Friday special rewards, birthday gifts, and a friend referral programme. Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria, validity period, and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or abusing the bonus system in any other way will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tk1971 apps determines it to be voidable for a specific reason. For instance, the platform reserves the right to review a bet if an event is cancelled mid-way or if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

Weekly cashback applies at each VIP tier — this is a percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Gold tier example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳140 cashback at a rate of 0.7%.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission

• Claiming bonus or promotion benefits through fraudulent means
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or documents

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by the Platform

tk1971 apps may temporarily or permanently close any member's account without prior notice if: evidence of a terms violation is found; verification information is incomplete; or a security-related investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Closure Request by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact customer service. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed; however, any bonus with incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

Any member may request a temporary or long-term restriction on their account. Reading our responsible gaming guidelines is beneficial for every member. Opening a new account during this restriction period is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by internet connection failure or power outages
